The journey has distinct moments: approaching the open doors, meeting the driver and orienting inside a bus with other passengers. It offers a setting for discussing attention shifts, sequence, wayfinding and social interaction.
A menu, display, staff member and payment terminal put choices and conversation in one familiar setting. The scene can draw on attention, planning and responding to another person.
An envelope and postbox give the person a clear errand in the wider high street. Finding the destination, checking information and completing the action bring visual search and sequencing together.
Zebra and signal-controlled crossings introduce different signs, road layouts and traffic cues. They create concrete moments to discuss visual scanning, attention and decisions in a busy environment.
